  0ver the 7 years I rented from Public Storage, my appreciation of Neal grew steadily. Being a former engineer, I appreciated Neal's dedication to detail in the way he ran his location. He was always very polite, business like, and never minced words and answering my questions. Which is the way I like it. And I really appreciate how clean, not only the office was, but the storage facility itself. Most of all, I knew he was diligent in his oversight of the property, because, embarrassingly, I, on more than one occasion, left my locks inside the unit, or not securely fastened. And I would get his call asking me to come back and check out my unit and secure my locks properly. He was always there when I arrived and went with me to see that every thing was alright. Neal is the main reason I left our goods in his facility even when we moved from Merrillville to Portage, 20+ miles away. Neal, if you are reading this, Thank you.

  Neal gave my daughter awesome customer service and was very help in her 1st storage unit.

  Neal is wonderful at customer service. The facility is very clean and secure. I would highly recommend it.

  Had a great customer service experience with Patrick and Neal. Both are friendly and do a good job at what they do. The facility is well maintained, clutter-free, and organized. The storage area is well lit and clean. Prices are very reasonable and they are upfront with no hidden fees. I am looking forward to a great stay at Public Storage.

  I am still pleased with the service and the facility. BUT I have been a very faithful and loyal customer and they are treating me so bad. I have had the same unit for 3-4 years now. I stared out paying a very reasonable fee. After a year or so the price increased. The fee keeps increasing and I’m almost at $100/mo. Same small space, no changes, pay on time 99.9% of the time, no improvements, no specials, no discounts, and the fee keeps getting higher and higher. I will be looking for a new space for my small amount of precious items very soon. Been with them to long to be treated this way. So if you need a nice clean spot for storage, I still recommend Public Storage, but don’t stay long...they don’t appreciate long-term customers.
