(June 20, 2018, 2:05 pm)I was in INTENSE pain when I reached this office. Although, walk-ins are not recommended they were still willing to fit me in for a tooth extraction. My insurance had recently been canceled, and they worked with me on finding another option to take care of the extraction and severe pain immediately. This office is amazing from the desk staff to the dentist (DeLayne Lefevre)...I think. Sorry I have a bad memory if that is wrong. I will be back for all my dental care. Thank you for your professionalism, attitude, and attention to the patient.

(March 24, 2018, 3:59 pm)Going to the dentist can often cause anxiety. however, those feelings are gone when enter Elwood Family Denistry. We are so lucky to have Dr Lefevre and her staff in Elwood.
Beginning with the welcoming smiles of Angie and Chasity and their friendly greetings, your fears start to subside. Then when you are called to the treatment area, you are treated like a friend. Every step of your treatment is explained before anything is done.
Pam performed my cleaning and she was not only professional but gentle. She took the time to teach me some finer points of brushing and cleaning at home as well as the importance of maintaining the health of the gums.
When Dr. Poer came in he discussed the conditions in my mouth as well treatment options. When in this office I never feel like I am being rushed out. The staff all make me feel as if I am important and they really care about my health.
