Phil was amazing. He answered his phone and walked me through some diagnostics to troubleshoot my low pressure issues. Best part of the call, he didn’t ask for my credit card info. Sometimes it’s not always about making a sale it’s about helping people in a time of need. Phil will always be the first person I call for all my plumbing needs. I have used Water Works many times over the last 12 years and they are fantastic. Last week my hot water heater went out and wouldn't light. He gave me a tip over the phone and it worked. Two days later we had a leak in one of the pipes in our crawlspace. I called him and asked if he could squeeze me in the next day and he had someone here at 8:00 the next morning. They replaced the copper pipe that had worn out and were out the door in 40 minutes. Phil Munson and his employees are some of the best around.
