His service was top-shelf not only because he knew what he was doing, but also because he was personable and made me feel like I was chatting with a good friend instead of waiting on my phone to be fixed. Top notch!

(January 17, 2019, 4:16 pm)Marvin was not only very knowledgeable about the services he offers but He is also very professional and likeable to do business with. I had a computer with a virus that I actually drove 50 min. JUST to have him fix it. As it turned out it was not as serious as first thought and he did not see a need to charge me and gave me excellent instructions on how to make sure it does not happen again. I can HIGHLY recommend his services. You will not be disappointed. Should I need any additional computer repair/services I would definitely return and gladly pay for his help/knowledge.

He cares about his patrons and finding them the best option, not strictly making a dollar. I'm very grateful to have met him and will continue to use his services!

(January 16, 2019, 12:59 am)Marvin is a wizard! Most importantly got me in, replaced hard drive, & got my laptop from dead to performing better than ever within a couple hours on a rush. He stayed late to get it done for me as a 1st time customer. As a small business owner I was dead in the water and he really bailed me out in a hurry. Much appreciated wish there was an option for 10 stars!

(December 28, 2018, 1:27 pm)He was very informative and excited about computers, you could tell he knew computers really well. Went in to get advise on my Dell computer whose screen was lighting up and had no image on it but did have lines through it.......it had some previous damage as well. Advised me against getting the computer fixed since there was so much other damage and to go forth with a new computer. Saved me the effort of sending my computer out through the mail to Dell and getting same answer from them but for a lot more money and a lot more time

Horrible service. Not only was the service rude and disrespectful- my repair was done aweful and broke down only a week after!!! I tried to call up there and have them take another look at it and they REFUSED!
