  The other day I ordered the wrong drink. I apologized and asked if there was a way to exchange it. He said yep! No problem! I ALWAYS go to this Starbucks! They are amazing! So friendly!!!! Thanks for the exceptional customer service!!!

  So today was happy hour. First off, that drive through line was intimidating. But once I got up to the speaker, the woman on the other end was so upbeat and sounded like taking my order was the highlight of her day. It took a while, but once I got up to the window, Sarah was there with this HUGE smile on her face. She took my payment and apologized for the long wait. Then, left the window open. She was in there singing and dancing a little. She looked over and pointed at me and winked like I was a part of the team! I have never had this much fun waiting for my drinks anywhere. She was probably the only person I had seen all day aside from my screaming kids and I just want her to know that her attitude made my day so much better. Keep singing girl! You Rock! and I will definitely be back.
