I have been using Black Forest Motors for servicing of my Volvo XC90 and Mercedes E350 since 2005. Keith has consistently been trustworthy, punctual and completely fair, and honest with me. We purchased the 2006 Volvo used and have had to "get it up to par" over the years. Keith has worked with us as to what to repair now and what can wait for a while. I say that because we purchased a great car at a bargain price and was willing to work to make it a car that will last for years and lots of miles.
I am writing this review to state that over the years, there is absolutely not a single instance in the past fifteen years of failure to perform as promised, getting the work done in a timely fashion and fairly and reasonably priced. I have had my Mercedes in over the past eighteen months five times with routine and some extra maintenance when I hit a speed bump and scraped the bottom of the engine. Again, great work, extra care on the staff's part and highly recommended.
