  Tried this place for the 1st time last night (Broad Ripple location). I was very impressed. Food was delicious and prepared pretty fast considering how busy they were. Best part was Jasmine, she was soo patient with us since it was our 1st time. She made suggestions to help us decide what to try and even checked on us after we got our food. Talk about exceptional customer service. Definitely going back there !

  Really enjoy the food at Joella's. The hot flavor has a great taste but very hot! Haven't tried fire in the hole because the hot is powerful enough for me. Switched from chicken with bone- in to chicken tenders because it's less messy to eat. Kale salad here is my favorite side but the fries are great too. My son enjoys the chicken n waffles.

  Joella's serves up a terrific chicken. The flavoring was outstanding. There was a whole range of taste, not just a burning spice. The cook was great as well, nice and juicy. Service was good. The eating area was large, bright, and kept clean.
