  Membership for almost a year now. A very relaxed fitness atmosphere. I feel extremely comfortable working out as a bigger girl who is just trying to get healthy. Pool access, free weekly classes, weight room, all manner of equipment and best of all, a martial arts studio. The staff is extremely friendly and diverse. I took a fitness assessment with a personal trainer and learned a lot about myself from him. Extremely satisfied.

  Their building, pool and equipment all top rate and very clean. Delightful staff. Never had so much fun working out 'til we dropped! I'll certainly go back.

  Great place - very friendly. My family has been there for years and never thought about changing to the big places...no reason to...

  Great gym, a little older equipment/facility but they have everything you need. There's a pool, and fun free classes! Staff is friendly and very welcoming!
