Everyone was friendly, so helpful and always quick with their responses to any questions or maintenance concerns!! Great place to live! Would definitely rent here again!

I was waiting to review until we got our deposit packet back and was pleasantly surprised, they were very fair and I got a discount for staying in my apartment for 2 years. My apartment was very nice, neighbors were kind, and the office staff were very personable when going in to pay rent and pick up packages. I never had any major maintenance issues, but my small ones they attended to quickly. It was a great experience, I recommend them to anyone.

(August 26, 2019, 2:54 pm)We just moved my son in a few weekends ago and it was by far the best experience we have had in the past few years that he has been renting! I wish we would have found them years ago! The apartment was clean, maintenance quick, and atmosphere perfect. The girls in the office went above and beyond to make this easy and are incredibly thorough and professional. I would highly recommend abodes and any of their properties for your IU student!

(May 17, 2018, 3:22 pm)I've lived at The Grove at Latimer for about two years now and have been very happy with my experience. Any time there has been a problem (be it small like a garbage disposal clog, or big like AC not working on a 90+ degree day) maintenance responds and fixes the issue incredibly quickly (they are also super nice). The property, including the pool & fitness center at The Woods at Latimer, is very well maintained. The office staff is always pleasant and helpful, very communicative, and definitely make an effort to foster a sense of community among residents!
