I placed an order for some stock tanks, but there was a hitch in the inventory and they weren't available when I came to pick them up. Shawn went out of his way to find them at another store and drove all the way to Waverly to pick them up and personally delivered them to my house for me. Talk about above-and-beyond service! I'm truly grateful.
