Maximize your potential coaching lives up to its name. Through Lee's leadership coaching, I was able to move past some limiting beliefs and really progress myself in the workplace and life as a whole. Really grateful for the experience and look forward to the next levels I'm able to reach in my life! Highly recommend for anyone looking to make a change and evolve. Or it's your choice if you just want to remain the same....

"Lee is truly strengths-based, seeing the good in each person and interaction, then leveraging those strengths to shore up someone's blind spots or areas of challenge. He brings the ideal balance of confidence, competence, and humility to his coaching, which models for others how to embody their competence and be vulnerable in their uncertainties. Plus, he's funny and fun! He's a "bloke" you'd want to get a drink with!

The process of simultaneously experiencing the group as a participant and being coached on how to lead the group offered a dual perspective that was very valuable. Being able to both be in the group and observe the dynamics gave a unique dimension to the experience.

Watching Lee facilitate a group taught me not only how to do that, but who I want to be as a facilitator. I learned some different things about the power of presence by being with my fellow members and Lee. As a therapist, I have guidelines about how I comport myself in sessions with my clients, and I valued Lee's modeling of facilitator behavior and presence, which is quite different from what I do in a session.

If you're lucky enough to work with Lee, you're lucky enough. He's the real deal, and your life can only be improved by his presence in it!"

I had already been coaching athletes as a side business for a few years on my own, when I teamed up with Lee as my business coach. Even though I had been successful as a coach, I had terrible “imposter syndrome” which would express itself when I would even think about anything related to marketing such as; lead generation, self-promotion, and event promotion.

Through the years, Lee taught me to be much more confident and value the content and support I was giving to athletes, at the same level that they appreciated it. He encouraged me to take on much bigger projects and not “play so small”. This led to success building on success, to where I am now with a vibrant and hugely successful coaching and bike fitting business. I am comfortable starting new ventures, collaborations with other professionals, and no longer afraid of failure.

If you need strategic help and someone to bounce ideas or concerns off of, I recommend connecting with Lee. Under Lee’s mentorship, you’ll see improvements to your business’ bottom line and you will grow as a business owner. You will not only feel more confident, but you will be more in charge of your career as a result.

    Thanks, Lee!

Opening a therapy practice will invite you into your work - and I don’t mean business work. I mean personal work, shadow work. Hello limiting beliefs, imposter syndrome, anxiety about being a good-enough therapist - it’s all there and if you want to run a successful practice - you’ve got to address the barriers that get in the way. Lee gently challenged me to look at my boundaries, my worthiness wounds, my money insecurity, and the narratives that I unconsciously held around running my business. In addition to supporting me with the executive tasks that I needed to manage such as finding an accountant, bookkeeper, attorney, etc. Lee cheered me on, helped me build the confidence to increase my fees, and set boundaries with my clients.

He has helped me arrange my schedule so I can incorporate self-care, validated my desire for freedom and flexibility, and given me the space to celebrate victories as well as workshop obstacles.

Working with Lee is literally working with an Olympic-level Coach, who sees the best in you and pushes you beyond your resistance. Lee offers a no-nonsense, directive, solution focused approach with accountability and loving call-outs! Working with Lee was both a gift and joy- I felt like I had a cheerleader behind me through the biggest challenges I faced setting up a practice.

Having worked with Lee in a multitude of formats, I am continually impressed by and thankful for his spectacular gift of helping (myself and others) recognize, navigate, challenge and ultimate overcome aspects of our emotional self that prevent the realization of our complete self. Being coached requires putting in work and facing yourself is hard - Lee's approach challenges you in just the right way, there is a constant motion of progress.

In looking back, it's obvious the positive impact Lee's coaching has had on my personal/professional relationships, and life outlook in general. Would 11/10 recommend.

Place is banging. My new go to spot. Only thing that could make this place better would be if they added Japanese style curry to the menu.
