  I was treated very politely and respectfully. I told Kenneth what I needed, he ordered the parts, I gave him my keys and service to my car was completed in less than an hour. The technician, Ethan, that took my payment was also very polite and respectful. You can be sure I will recommend this Firestone to others and that I will be a return customer

  I went to have my oil changed as well as have my car looked over since I hadn't had work done on it in quite a while. They we're completely honest and didn't take advantage of me. Reasonably priced.

  I went in to have 2 of my tires changed. After Kenneth and Chance inspected my tires, they told me that all 4 werenin bad shape. I decided that I would have al 4 changed. I’ve been working with Kenneth since I first bought my car in January of this year. He’s always been very helpful and happy to help me. Even if the news wasn’t good, he’s always been able to explain and breakdown everything to where I can reexplain the information to someone else. Since this car was only a temporary use for me, he would let me know what to put money into and what not to. I’m saving to buy a car soon so my plan is to only do the minimum to keep the car going and he’s been a huge help with that. The time it took to get checked in, signed, decided on tires and to have the tires changed took less than an hour. I’m always a satisfied customer whenever I leave the shop. They’re like family to me now and I’ll take any vehicle I buy to this location for an inspection and an honest diagnosis. I’m so thankful to have this shop right down the street from my house. They’re great technicians, workers and people. Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about what they’re doing. Thank you for everything Kenneth!

  Excellent service. The lifetime alignment and rotate/balance purchase pays for itself several times over. I got free service again today because of it.
