Although I haven't been a training client of his, I can attest for his professionalism and knowledge in the areas of biomechanics, functional movement and programming. Not only is Jason and A Greater You and incredible program, the team also consist of top notch humans that can motivate, inspire and change your life!

(March 28, 2018, 8:13 pm)My workouts are so fun I ENJOY pushing myself to my edge. I love this place so much I call my group classes adult recess. The trainers design intelligent, accessible, functional and challenging exercises that have helped me improve my life beyond what any traditional workout ever did for me. Since I began my recess classes at A Greater You I’ve gotten leaner, ALL my joints feel stronger, my range of motion in shoulders feels WAY better, I AM STRONGER, my knees don’t pop when I walk anymore, I can go up ANY flight of stairs with ease, and my kids think their dad can do all the AWESOME things now. This is a solid community that welcomes all ages, all levels of fitness. Show up. You deserve this!
