(February 21, 2017, 10:14 am)I banked at another bank for almost 9 years before switching to CUoA - at CUoA I already feel welcome, comfortable and that they're genuine with their customer service, it's not fake or forced. My other bank was just cold and disconnected from customer service. I walk into CUoA and am greeted instantly, they actually want your business and make it known and work with you the best they can. I highly recommend them!!
