  We first enlisted Justin Bell's assistance when we began our new home search in earnest. When Justin learned what we wanted in our next home he quickly found three that would work for us. We saw all three on the same day and made an offer on the last one. We had been living in the same home for 40 years so Justin, very patiently, walked us through the paperwork. Justin always made sure that any information he gave us was correct, even utilizing his broker for any clarification, and we found this thoroughness to be just one of the things that makes Justin a great agent. Our offer was accepted and when the inspection showed the property needed radon mitigation, Justin was able to obtain permission through the seller's agent that allowed us to complete the mitigation prior to closing. The closing itself went very smoothly. We then concentrated on painting and cleaning our new home while packing and painting our old one. We started moving in a month after closing and attended to our old home for the next three months. Justin kept in touch with us during that period, even offering his assistance several times. During this period Justin promptly returned our random requests for answers to questions we had about selling our old home. When we did notify Justin that we were ready to list our home, he completed a walk through, offered staging suggestions, and then went over the information he'd compiled for the listing. We took a day to digest his pricing strategy, and decided to trust his judgement. We weren't wrong in doing so as we had multiple strong offers the first two days of the listing, one of which we accepted. We had a very uneventful closing, mostly due to the great communication between Justin and the buyer's agent. We highly recommend Justin to anyone who's looking for someone who will truly work with and for you. Rebecca & Bert

  I woked with Michelle and she was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and attentive to everything I needed. Michelle went out of her way to assure I closed on my property. Buying a house isn't always easy, let alone buying sight unseen. She made multiple trips to the house the ensure repairs were completed and that I was getting that house. Michelle is the best, thank you so much.

  Michelle Leeper is awesome!!!! I have recommended her to many others! She gets things done no matter what time of the day it is!! She will bend over backwards to help in any way she can! She communicates constantly as to how things are going and is willing to go the extra mile for your needs! Thank you Michelle for all you did for our family! Not only did she help us buy our house but she helped the people who bought our old house! Truly amazing lady!

  Our realtor (Alena Seller) was outstanding! Very responsive and professional. She put forth a great deal of effort in finding the right house for us and went out of her way to close the deal when I think most realtors would not. Very impressed and would recommend her and J.P. Weigand & Sons to anyone that is looking to buy or sell their house.

  My experience with Lori Newfer from J.P. Weigand & Son's is nothing short of excellent. I enlisted her services to purchase a second home out of state (I live in California). She was very professional, while being very understanding and responsive. She completely understood the dynamics of the market and her experience in previous deals enabled us to have our offer accepted on the property we chose. I highly recommend her if anyone is looking to purchase a home.
