Our company has used MDS off and on over the years for transcription services. We plan to continue using them in the future. They provide great service, they have good turnaround time and quality work. If there is ever an issue Donella will fix things promptly. She is great to work with and I'm happy to recommend her.

When I started with Dr Lindholms Office a few years ago our transcription was a mess. MDS came in and not only took over doing our new transcription but also helped us with our back dictation. If we need something done STAT, all we have to do is let them know and they will do their best to get it done. MDS is always updating and keeping up with the changing times. Their staff is very friendly and easy to work with. I look forward to continuing working with this company.

MDS of Kansas has been our transcription service provider for a couple of years now, and their service is second to none. I have dealt with other transcriptions services that were slow on turnaround, difficult to communicate with and seemed to lack customer service skills. Donella ensures her team is very fast on turnaround, they are always willing to help troubleshoot when we have an issue and make it easy for us, and the client service skills in her group are stellar.
