He was very professional and curtious while I was trying to decide on which rug I liked best. He also ask me if there was anything that he could pull out that I would like to see! Would recommend him, his shop and his work to anyone that has a questions about rugs, cleaning them or restoring them!! I will go back there next time and the time after that to find my rugs from now on!!! Thank you so much John for working with me and your patients!!

(August 2, 2017, 1:38 pm)KC Rug & Restoration is a Kansas City treasure! I found them several years ago and wouldn't trust my rug care to anyone else. The owner is dedicated to his craft, which in my opinion he has elevated to an art, utilizing his Austrian ancestor's centuries-old rug cleaning and restoration techniques. For me he's handled basic cleanings, and beautifully executed repairs. My small area rugs have never smelled cleaner, or looked better, and I've tried several KC companies in the past. He's also a great subject matter expert . This guy KNOWS and LOVES rugs.
