CoCo was a dream! She was incredibly responsive, knowledgable, and even set us up with a wonderful loan team to make the transition as smooth as possible. We went from starting our search in early October to moving in to our new home just days after thanksgiving thanks to her. Her help made our first experience buying a house an absolute breeze. You won’t find anyone better!

We recently used the services of CoCo James and she was wonderful to work with! Selling or buying a home can be an extremely stressful and/or emotional experience, and it was both of those things for me. And timelines can get moved, which adds to the stress of the event. In our case, CoCo was extremely responsive, patient, and caring throughout the entire process. She kept us apprised of everything as we went along, never hesitated to listen to me and my concerns, and addressed every issue expediently.
