  When we first were putting our home on the market, I thought we would go with the local Realtor that has signs in all the neighborhood yards. My husband had been getting information from Rob Courts on houses available in the area we were planning to move to.
  
  After meeting with Frank and Rob and seeing the presentation they gave and comparing it to the other realtor, there was no comparison. Their literature was great. They actually have a stager come out and help to make your home look like what buyers want to see. The photographer was great and our house sold in one day!
  
  We did have a harder time finding a home because we wanted a ranch and ranches at the time were sold before we could get out there and see it. Rob and Frank were willing to take us to any home we wanted to see. We wound up buying a split level with a beautiful yard and are completely happy with it.

  I have been working professionally with Frank Littrell and his team for the last two years. Not only are they the nicest folks you'll meet but their professionalism is why they are able to do so much good for the community. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell their home or buy new!

  Frank Littrell and his team consistently deliver the Very Best customer service experience and RESULTS! I have known Frank for 15 years and he is one of the most conscientious people I've ever met: so important when hiring a realtor; trusting him with one of the biggest financial decisions of your life! He once sold a home for a friend in less than 30 days, in a very tough market: impressive! You can't go wrong hiring Frank and his team!

  My family couldn't say enough about our home purchase through the Frank Littrell Team. Frank was able to show us some great homes to meet our needs. He took the time to provide us knowledge on the various areas we were considering, found options in our price range and made it easy to make our final selection. His team negotiated the details and we were able to come to agreement with the sellers. Closing was easy too. Thank you so much for all your help Frank and team!

  We just bought a house last month with The Frank Littrell Team and my husband & my experience was wonderful. Our real estate agent was Rob Courts and he is the best. He listened to us and heard what we wanted and worked diligently and never gave up on us, as we looked at over 40 homes, until we finally found the right house for our daughter to live in while she goes to college. If you want someone who will work hard, treat you with respect, really listen to you, has a wonderful personality, and will get the job done; then give Rob Courts a call. You won't be sorry. The whole team is great!
