I've only had positive experiences with State Farm and Tracie Johnson. They are extremely responsive and have helped me with every question I've had along the way.

I am so glad I switched to State Farm a couple of years ago and even happier to work with the Tracie Johnson office in Wilder. Amanda and Alena specifically have been fabulous to work with at this location. I recently had my first car accident and both of them were incredibly helpful through the whole process and truly cared that my claim was handled properly. Each time I called the office, Amanda or Alena were available to help me and each of them called me several times as well to ensure everything was going the way it should. I was so thankful to have a local office with excellent customer service through an unfortunate accident. I highly recommend this office!!
