Our family has been going to Dr. Fain for well over a decade. He is great with children AND adults! He is conservative in his approach which we have always appreciated as I have had other dentists who have done work that wasn't needed, just so that they can bill for it. This is not the way Dr. Fain practices. I have never felt a moment's worth of pain with him and I have had a LOT of dental work with him over the years. His hygienists are wonderful as is his front desk staff. I can't say enough good things about this practice.

I've been going to Dr. Fain for over a decade now, and everyone in the office is fantastic! From Linda in reception and Stephanie (who's been my ONLY hygenist since I started going) to Dr. Fain himself, the service is stellar. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Dr. Fain is the best dentist in Lexington! He really cares and it shows. I use to have anxiety over the dentist before I found Dr. Fain. He is gentle and I don't even feel it when he numbs my mouth. I will never go anywhere else! His staff is top notch too. The best cleanings I have ever had since going there.
Great experience. Always an easy in for appointments and the staff is incredibly polite and professional. Dr. Fain always gives advice on any major dental work and all the options before proceeding. Been going for three years and it is worth the drive from Richmond.
