My car was fixed on a timely manner.

I was with my previous mechanic for 20 years, then he retired and his son took over and the experience went downhill.

My sister in law had been going to Jtown Auto for years, so I decided to give them a try when my car started having an issue.

Keith and the rest of the crew were outstanding and honest. I thought there was a problem, and they could have gone ahead and performed work that may or may not have been necessary, but they told me that they couldn't find a reason for what I thought was going on with the car.

Honesty and integrity are the best words to describe this business. I have found my new go to auto repair.

I highly recommend them.

The people who work here are honest and kind. Fairly priced as well! Sometimes there may be a wait to get your car in as it's a smaller shop but it's worth the wait.

My wife and I have personally been taking our vehicles to this shop for the past 3 to 4 years. We have also recommended them to others, including our adult children, without reservation. In total, we have probably been responsible for bringing or referring no less than 20 vehicle repairs over this time frame. This includes everything from minor repairs to complete engine replacement (on 2 vehicles).

This shop is competent, fair and have consistently done whatever they have promised to us. This does not mean they are "superhuman" - we've managed to "stump" them a couple of times with our vehicles. However, they have never given up, but have been willing to see it through to the end.

I'll keep coming back.
