Very pleased with how polite they were. I will be buying a vehicle from them soon. They weren't pushy, but respectful, and I like that. I recommend them highly. May be five stars when i get my new vehicle! :)

They was very patient and good to me. We drove all the cars i wanted. Any little thing I noticed on the car they touched it up with no problem. I brought my car in for its regular servicing and the attendant talked me through some of the recommended work due to the car's mileage. When I walked into the lounge, I fully understood all of the work that was going to be done and how much it would cost and didn't have to worry about anything else. It took less than an hour to check in, have the work done and pay. I'm always impressed by the customer service at Collins Nissan and this time was no different!

My experience was exactly what I expected during my car search and purchase. Sales staff was knowledgeable, friendly and very supportive. All car buying experiences should be this way. Was very happy with my experience with Ariel. She was patient and understanding as I took my time making a decision on such an important and large purchase. Extremely satisfied with the delivery of my car and final paperwork.

Leland was wonderful! Very helpful, very professional. No BS! Straight to the point and delivered! Excellent customer service. Best experience I had with Collins service Nissan section rocks!!!! Sales guys are wonderful too. I bought 2 cars and my mom bought one. Will never go any place else.
