(September 12, 2017, 7:30 pm)Great local gym! I tried the 'Strong Class' that had kettle bells, TRX work, body movement, and some squats. I liked the small group format and close attention from the coach. Learned some new exercises and going to be sore tomorrow. I'll be back!
