  This was the easiest car buying experience we’ve had. Our salesman Ben and sales manager, Dustin, were incredibly knowledgeable, professional and made for a seamless transaction.   Thank you for the A+ car-buying service you provided to me, Matt! Matt was direct, honest, and professional to me. I reside in North Carolina. As you may imagine, purchasing a vehicle from another state introduces additional risks and anxiety. Matt and I communicated over numerous text messages and phone calls—not my ideal method of communication as I prefer to interact with Matt face-to-face. Our communication to each other could not have been better. Matt answered all my questions and addressed my concerns, relieving some of the anxiety I had. More importantly, Matt was responsive in his communication with me—this subtle quality I value a lot because he makes me feel important (like I am a priority). When I saw the vehicle in person, I was not surprised at the condition or operability of the vehicle because Matt described the vehicle exactly as such. Also, Matt and his service team followed through on what they told me they were going to do. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. It was well worth the time and effort I spent, and I hope the feeling was mutual for Matt. Thanks to Matt, my dealing with Matt and Jon, his manager, made it to the top as one of the smoothest and transparent car-buying experience I have ever had. Though this review is mainly about Matt, Jon was reasonable with me and also addressed my concerns. Given Matt’s actions that I outlined (actions speak louder than words), Matt has proven to me that he exhibits the customer-centric culture that Cross Chrysler dealership is known for. I highly recommend Matt to be your salesman on your next purchase of a new or used vehicle at this dealership.

  I worked with Shawn and Evan to buy my wife a Jeep and they were awesome. They both made everything as easy as possible. They were both extremely respectful and followed all of the safety procedures in place. With all of the covid rules they had all of the cars we wanted to look at pulled up and ready when we arrived for our appointment. Their communication during the negotiation process was great and they worked out a deal with us. I definitely recommend using either of them to buy a car. We are extremely happy with the Jeep Grand Cherokee that we ended up buying from them.

  Despite the current challenges brought on by COVID, the service was friendly and made the purchase of a new vehicle as uncomplicated as it could be. Our salesman, a very nice fellow named Shawn Lopes, was very helpful and attentive (at a safe distance of course!) in getting the vehicle we wanted and was not pushy toward anything greater or out of our budget. I was able to find exactly what I needed, and leave with my new vehicle the same day. If you need a Jeep or are interested in any of their used vehicles, I’d recommend going to these guys, I don’t think you will be disappointed. And ask for Shawn, you’ll get a great salesman

  5-Star Experience - Cedric was very respectful and knowledgeable on the Rubicons that I was looking for. Meeting his Sales Manager Jon Cross just made the purchase experience that much better. Both of them were fair, and more than willing to better assist me in everything I wanted out of my new Rubicon. When it came towards the end and entered the F&I office, James was very impressive. Being in the related business and knowing that I can received similar product and warranty coverage, James was so great at what he does that I was more than willing to pay a little more and go with the services this dealership has to offer. I look forward to my return appointment this coming week for my detail and accessory adds. Thank you Cross Family for having such a great team at your store.
