Had a great experience with Glaser's.Had my car back to me in a timely manner. I was very happy with the work they did. When I dropped my car off I had no way home; they drove me home and dropped my car off to me when it was done. Very good people. 👍

They replaced the door and some of the trim on my car after someone backed into it. I received text messages throughout the week letting me know what progress was being made and they also called to give me updates. Early in the week, they gave me an updated time estimate and ended up finishing early! I love the text updates and confirmations. It’s a really nice touch and it kept me from having to contact them to get information. I went to them because that’s what the insurance company covered but they’ll be my go to if I ever need their services again.

Glaser's does excellent work! They've completed 3 of my vehicles in the last two months. I'm very happy with all 3. I really like everyone there, but hope I don't see them anytime soon, unless it doesn't involve my vehicle. Thank you Glaser's collision!

Based on their Google reviews, I chose Glaser's in Jeffersontown to complete the repairs on my car after it was damaged in an accident. I think they measured up to my expectations. Where they completed the need repairs and replaced damaged parts, everything looks brand new. The staff was very kind and pleasant to work with.

Work was completed in a timely manner and under budget. Very happy with the repair work. Glaser's J-Town has been my "go-to" body shop for over 25 years. They even corrected a "fix" from a dealer's body shop that was the worst "fix" I'd ever seen on a new car (pre delivery) I purchased several years ago.
