(December 25, 2019, 12:52 am)We loved the church! Everything about it. Then we were advised that "our type" was not welcomed there. We filled out the visitor card, & no one ever reached out to us.
I may very well be gay. However, I have a very close relationship with my Father, Jesus Christ. He died for all sins. Not just a few. We live in the flesh, we are sinners. I also live in New Testament, I do not live in old. We went to that church, because I have a grandson, who is mixed. Finding a home church to raise home in, without people standing in and around the pulpit, glaring at a child, and offering their unsolicited pity, for him being black.
I will go back to teaching him at home, of the love that Christ has, FOR ALL, & blasting my praise and worship.
I will continue to keep the Pastor, his family, and the church, in my prayers. ♡
