  Brandi and her fitness studio are AMAZING. This is the most consistent I've ever been and it's because of the way she makes each of our fitness goals feel important. It's an all ladies workout environment which makes me feel more comfortable. The work outs are not easy but it's SO worth it!!

  I have been going to Brandi’s ladies group training for about 2 years now. I can say that she truly cares for her clients. She modifies circuits when needed and answers any questions you have. There are very few places where you can go and be amongst women who truly are rooting for each other. I am beyond thankful I can call Barbell Beauty Fitness home and these ladies my tribe.

  This training facility is perfect!
  Amazing instructor in Brandi LeBlanc. She takes time to show you how to properly exercise each area with weights, machines and body weight.
  She provides meal plans to help you with weight loss journey and can do a body scan to see before and after results. She is patient and there is no judging, only encouragement from her and the ladies in the class. Worth every penny!!!
  Also, voted best in Ascension Parish 2 years in a row!

  I highly recommend joining her program. I was definitely at a plateau and not motivated at all to change my workout routine. I thought I'd join this little 6 week program to Jumpstart the new year and then just maintain it afterwards, but what I didn't count on was that I LOVE the classes, the accountability, the other females to be on this journey with and the encouragement that brings. So I stayed for another 6 weeks and don't plan on leaving! I look forward to my evenings after work where I get an hour of ME time. And I've gotten great results by following Brandi's suggestions and following her meal plan, but better than any results on a scale, I feel great physically and mentally and thats worth every penny. 😀

  After having a bad experience with a previous trainer I found Brandi who gave me hope again. She is patient and does a great job explaining and showing you proper form and technique. She is very structured and organized as well. Her prices are beyond responsible so you have no excuse. If you're serious about your health journey then I highly suggest seeing brandi!!
