  This store seemed to have more interesting furniture styles than the other 3 furniture stores we shopped. David was very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Next time we’re shopping furniture this will be our first stop. Applying for financing online was easy and took about 1 minute. Good prices and great Memorial Day savings.

  My experience with Rooms To Go was awesome thanks to David . He is so patient, honest and down to earth. He is amazingly helpful and adds real life value to products with stories of what others have purchased and what he has at home to help wrap your head around designing and matching. He knows his products like the back of his hand even when you feel lost in the maze he knows exactly where items are that fit what you describe. He seems to have a lot of clients that love him, but he’s so awesome that everybody just chills and waits their turn because the service he provides is worth the wait. To be honest. My last furniture purchase just a few months ago I stopped in Rooms To Go and the young lady that helped lacked customer service, so much so that I left and went to a different big brand furniture store. I just paid it off and decided to go back to Rooms To Go one more time. I’m glad I did. I’ll follow David where ever he goes. If you see bad reviews on here understand that customer service is everything. Don’t let that scare you away. Just stop in and ask for David and he will make it right.

  Our salesperson, Tracy, was phenomenal! She was very knowledgeable of the products and she made our shopping experience wonderful! She was so down to earth and definitely a people person! She knew what we had vs. what we needed all by looking at a picture. Also, shipping was extremely fast and convenient thanks to her! Anytime you're looking for home needs, I'd recommend Rooms to Go. Ask for Tracy! She's amazing!

  Maria was very helpful and very sweet. She answered every question I had and made sure that I would be satisfied with my purchase. She listened to my wants and gave her suggestions, which were great. Overall it was a great experience and I enjoyed working with her. She’s very professional and has a great sense of humor. If you’re looking for furniture and happen to stop by Rooms To Go on Siegen, make sure you ask for Maria. She will definitely see to it that you’re more than satisfied. If I ever need anything else, I will definitely be paying a visit to Maria again!
