(September 11, 2020, 1:03 pm)I went into store because my phone would not ring. I had the pleasure of dealing with Trevor aka Trevman. He worked with me for over an hour trying to fix the problem. I was about to have to purchase a new phone when he tried one more time to fix the problem and it worked. Not only did he save me from having to put out money on a new phone but he went above and beyond to help me out. He is a very nice young man and next year when I am ready to upgrade I will be happy to return to him for his help. He was very patient with me and we also managed to have a few laughs. He really knows his way around the phones. Also, I had gone in a few days before to purchase an accessory for my phone which I was told they did not have. Trevor, however, told me they did and helped me with that purchase as well. Thank you Trevor for your time and great service. You need a raise.
