  Nice and cozy place. Perfect place to have an evening walk with a gorgeous view around. And if u feel hungry loads of tastilicious options around.

  The entire staff is very helpful and polite. They have made it easy for me a non boat as I deal with a boat that is not mine

  The staff at pier 7 marina is very accommodating, friendly and responsive. I live close to Dulles airport and the staff is very helpful by checking dock lines, meeting with my boat mechanic, and has a second set of eyes on my boat at all times. The peace of mind is very helpful and saves me time from making additional trips.
  
  The facility is quiet, clean, and I love the fire pit and grills on the beach. I highly recommend this place. Thanks Pier 7, I look forward to many more seasons with you.

  An overall great marina. Not only was my party greeted with hospitality, but the staff were helpful throughout our visit. They helped make our stay feel like more than an event, it was an experience. The beach was well kept, and the kiddos enjoyed watching the ducks from the shore. The slips were filled with gorgeous boats, and watching people make their way to and from the Bay was especially relaxing. There were a lot of amenities on the property, but not all run by the Marina; Jet Skies, Yoga Studio, and a Beach Cabana-Style restaurant were all at our fingertips throughout our stay. I would and have recommend this location to friends and family based on just the breathtaking views alone (I felt like I was in a painting every now and then as I looked towards the Bay) but all of the other details helped make it an amazing memory, and I look forward to my next visit.

  This Marina offers more than just docking your boat. Nice shower houses, beaches, and even jet ski and paddle board rentals push this marina from just a place to dock your boat to a resort where you and your family can enjoy! This marina is dog friendly and is kept in pristine condition. Ramp access makes this marina unique and the slip holders are all very nice and approachable. All of the staff and office managers that work here are friendly and willing to help at any request. If I could give this marina a better rating than five stars, I would.
