  I recently had new downspouts installed by Gutter Helmet. They did a great job on the front and back of my property. I also have peace of mind with the winter coming up and knowing I have downspouts that are durable compared to the Home Depot version. No more busted seams on the back of my downspouts. Thank you again!

  I believe the product itself is high quality and I fully expect it to work as advertised. I may update my rating once we get some heavy rains and the leaves start to fall on my roof. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is for a couple of reasons: 1) the salesperson oversold what they would do with our existing gutters (he said they had a clamp of some sort to reshape our damaged copper gutters, but they didn't). This wasn't a big deal, since they function well and it's just a cosmetic issue. 2) our gutters were a little loose and we were told they'd tighten everything up so they were more snug to our house. They didn't do that at first. 3) they disconnected a downspout and just left it dangling.
  
  I called them the next business day (Monday) to discuss these concerns and they said they would have someone out there on Friday to correct them. Friday came and went and they never showed up or called. The following Monday, the guys that did the work called to say they were on their way and wanted to go over my concerns to make sure they got it all. My concerns were addressed and I'm happy with the end result, but I had to call back to get them to do a couple of things they should have done before they left. I would like to note that everyone I spoke with was very polite and apologized for the inconvenience. I just wish there was a little better communication between the salesperson and the installers, and then the installers and me when they didn't show up the day we expected them.

  The sales rep was outstanding. No high pressure sales pitch. No guilt trips. Just honest, direct approach to selling the product. Appreciated the brochures and explanations on keeping the roof water tight. Excellent price for a fifty-year roof. Very impressed with quality of product. The construction team acted like they enjoyed their work. No one minded my asking questions. My neighbors are somewhat jealous of the roof. It adds to the property value and enhances the curb appeal. When you have a great sales rep, timely service, and a superb end result, you have a happy customer. I would recommend Gutter Helmet gutters and roofs to anyone looking for a way to upgrade their home. Cindy Sebring
