She advised me on updates that I needed to make, and it really paid off. Her knowledge about inspections and warranties was also helpful. She was always available to answer any questions I had. We had another agent prior to her, and the difference was night and day! Patti was both consistent and persistent! She was PROACTIVE and stayed on top of our lender, making sure things were moving along. She worked well with the listing agent, and was able to reassure him and his seller when we were waiting on our lender for answers.

Not only is she an excellent communicator, but she knows what to look for in a house. We saw a flipped house that was beautiful to us, but she pointed out several things we never would have noticed, and told us it was very overpriced for the quality of work that was done. Neeeext...

When we toured our (now) house, she immediately spotted the Federal Pacific breaker box from the 60's/70's, and told us we would definitely need that replaced because it's a fire hazard. Again, something we would not have known as first time buyers.

Lastly.... she saved us THOUSANDS in what would have been a disastrous experience. After seeing our main sewer line in the basement, she advised us to get a waste line inspection in addition to our normal inspection... the normal inspector agreed with her, but Patti was the one who mentioned it first. So we hired a plumbing company who came and snaked the line with a camera. Well... wouldn't you know that the line needed to be replaced due to root damage! We asked for it in our repairs and the seller covered it.
If it weren't for Patti, we would have learned the hard way and incurred that cost after we became the owners.

Patti is THE BEST. We've already recommended her to other people we know and would work with her again in a heartbeat!
