  Bought our truck here. We were on vacation In Indiana and saw they had it. Made a phone call to get more information. Robert promptly called back and arranged to keep it for us till we got back,from oir trip. They got all the paperwork together and we were leaving with it in just a couple hours! Robert and Teresa were very knowledgeable and would recommend them to anyone looking for a car in Frederick!

  I purchased a used car because I needed to keep my monthly cost low. I test drove multiple vehicles and inspected and sat inside several others. It was raining that day, and while Dan could have stayed inside while I stood in the rain to make my decision, he did not, he waited outside in the rain with me as I stared at the cars! I enjoyed talking with Mike during the signing process, he's a good person. It was an overall easy process, and I would recommend this place based on my experience.

  I was on a search for the perfect plug-in hybrid vehicle. After testing the rest, I managed to find the best at Ideal Hyundai. Rob showed me the model I wanted (the Ioniq Plug-in) when I said I would prefer any paint color over the one he had on lot, he searched the rest of the dealership lots to find me the perfect car.

  Fantastic experience at Ideal Hyundai! I worked with Dan Painter about a week before purchasing. We coordinated what I was looking for with the times that would work best for me to get in. When I arrived, he had everything ready and out test driving we went. I’m not new to purchasing cars, but I was blown away by just how easy he made it! It was hassle free, I got everything I wanted and more! I HIGHLY recommend Dan Painter and Ideal Hyundai to anyone looking for a new car!
