My wife and I worked with Mark on the sale of my home and the purchase of a new home. Mark is one of the most knowledgable real estate agents in the area and came highly recommended from multiple colleagues of mine. Mark knows the process extremely well and was a tough negotiator looking out for our best interests. He is well known in his field and has great connections with other home service providers (other real estate agents, inspectors, chimney sweeps, termite inspectors, and so on). We worked with him for nearly a year and he never grew tired of taking us out for showings.
As an example of Mark's character I have a brief story: We were out on showings when my son fell and gashed his chin! Mark was at the ready with his first aid kit and bandages. I soon realized I didn't have the keys for my push-to-start car and Mark chauffeured us to the Emergency Room and back to our house to get the keys for the car and back to the car that we had abandoned! Mark was sincerely concerned for my son and transformed into a friend instead of an agent. We couldn't thank him enough.
At the end of the day, Mark is professional, caring, and just the type of person you want on your side when it comes to the big events in life like buying or selling your home. I highly recommend him!
Mark is a super quiet guy but his aggressiveness to sell our home in just six days impressed me! We also used him to buy a new place and I'm very happy that he always had our best interest in mind. His knowledge of the market amazed me. He made sure we did not overpay for our new home and he was also very mindful when it came to making sure no money was left on the table.
