(February 4, 2019, 6:49 pm)We were totally delighted with our short stay in this new hotel.
Our room was comfortable and tastefully done in earth colors with a trio of black and white photos over the bed. The bedroom and bathroom were both immaculate!
Although we were only staying one evening, for those staying longer each room has a coffee maker, microwave, small refrigerator and ironing board,
In addition the room had plenty of charging areas- something we both appreciated,
We also had time to enjoy a time for relaxing in front of the lobby fire place with free coffee.
The bathroom had great spa toiletries and the shower had plenty of hot water and water pressure- another thing we always need when traveling.
Although we had to leave before their free hot breakfast, it looked great!
ONE COMPLAINT: We both agreed the bed was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept on. It was as if you could feel the slats under the mattress. They have to replace these mattresses!!!
But the Country Inn and Suites shares a back parking lot with the Cracker Barrel Restaurant! How can you go wrong? -

(February 3, 2019, 8:36 am)Love this place. The price is very reasonable. The rooms are clean and have an open feel to them. High ceilings so the room feels larger. Its like a 5 star hotel but at a much more reasonable price. If I have to stay at a hotel I would choose this one. The Wifi is amazingly fast. I could do all my work on my computer with no problems. I would recommend staying at this hotel for sure. It reminds me of a bed and breakfast.

(February 1, 2019, 3:51 pm)CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING, FRIENDLY, QUICK, AND VERY HELPFUL. THE BREAKFAST VARIETY WAS VERY GOOD. HAVE SNACKS AND WATERS FOR PEOPLE ON THE GO. THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN. THE ROOMS AND FACILITY IN GENERAL IS A BIT OUTDATED, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CLEANLINESS REALLY MAKE IT GREAT. I LEFT MY APPLE WATCH IN MY ROOM AND THEY SAVED IT FOR ME, I SENT THEM A PREPAID LABEL AND THEY SENT IT RIGHT BACK. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. RGV MOTORS COMPANY DONNA, TX

(February 1, 2019, 6:35 am)I loved staying here, the friendliest staff, the most comfortable accommodations for the price, complementary breakfast, dinner and also I believe lunch, housekeeping does an awesome job and the lobby is perfectly sized and laid out. Would love to stay here again.

(November 13, 2018, 3:09 pm)Very cozy and inviting hotel. We were upgraded to a suite which was very roomy, clean, and we'll decorated. The sleeper-sofa was comfortable and easy to convert into a bed. Loved having a second TV in the living room. Breakfast was beyond our expectations and the staff could not have been friendlier. Will definitely stay here again when we're in the area!
