  Staff is AMAZING. They are professional, and communication is a big deal for me and anytime I have sent an email it was responded to within a timely manner. Neesha, in particular is very genuine and cares about the tenants. Any issue that you make aware to the rental office is handled asap. You can tell the new management is really putting in the work. the updated townhomes are very nice, quiet neighborhood, working people and families. I would highly recommend The Homes of Towne Plaza.

  Lived here for over 25 Years (basically my whole life). Parents have lived here for over 30 Years. They love the new management. They take care of any issues they have. Good, affordable housing close to 95 and Baltimore.

  ( Been here since October 2018 ) Beautiful apartments , Very quiet and respectful neighbors. Amazing staff and excellent location for shopping ! Very pleased with the new management. They are very attentive to your needs and truly the best ????

  Lived here since 2003 - New management is definitely awesome! They actually listen and care, and any issues are immediately and happily taken care of. Special props to Gloria and the rest of the helpful staff for making the transition to new management as speedy and painless as possible. Would definitely recommend, 10/10

  I recently moved from here, after living here since 2015. Never once did I encounter an issue that wasn't repaired or looked into immediately. The home was in good shape, and I held up my end of the lease and kept it that way. My neighbors were kind and quiet. Parking, which is assigned, was a huge plus. I can count on one hand the times that someone parked in my space, and they were visitors that probably didn't realize they were assigned. There was no noise, crime that I knew of or that affected me, and no BS here. I paid my rent early and minded my business. I work 60+ hours weekly and am not home very much, so I literally came home and went right to bed many days. I don't get involved in rumors and the bashing of businesses; so this review is real and unbiased. The recent improvements I saw as I was leaving were beautiful. These homes are definitely worth a look if you want a good location with a decent rent payment. The small washer/dryer combo in the kitchen is a lifesaver! The only thing I missed having here was a fan in the bathroom, but hey... in the grand scheme of things, it was no big deal. I received a check for nearly all of my security deposit refund today, which I know is rare when renting. I left the home in good standing, and the only deduction I had was for the cleaning of appliances and replacing of the drip pans on the stove, which I didn't do, so that's on me. That is a more than fair deduction in my book. Overall, I highly recommend this community. The office staff was always helpful and respectful. I only left here because I purchased a home. I hope this review is helpful for those looking for a good rental at a fair rate. 5 stars!
