Parking is limited and it isnt open early (we visited March and sign said it didnt open until 10 am). But beautiful hike to the falls. Great for kids and dogs.

This place is great when you don't have to wait to get a parking spot. A Beautiful waterfall is the primary attraction. Several different trails, several streams, and a few climbing spots really make this a well rounded family friendly place.

We went this summer and it was perfect! My daughter doesn't like to hike, and the short distance between the parking lot and waterfall was ideal. Once you reach the falls, you feel transported into a different world! There were plenty of dogs, and it is easy to keep the dogs contained. Lots of exploring and bouldering, and wooded area around the waterfalls. Just know that they are serious about parking! I had read about the car limit on the website, but didn't think it would be a big deal. Luckily, we didn't have to wait long, but there were several people there checking the parking lot. Have fun!

We arrived at the parking lot around 8:30 and there were about two other cars there. The hike to the water was very calming. The water was very cold. You could do the ice bucket challenge here with the falls. But the falls were gorgeous. Make sure to bring water shoes!! The parking does get full and so does the water wading area. Early bird gets the worm! Definitely coming back again

Very good place. Had a very good time. Water flow was good and less crowd. Parking was horrible. No walk-in and limited parking is painful. We waited for an hour to get parking. My friends visited earlier and water flow was less. So it all depends on time. But good for young kids to play in the stream even if water is less.

(410) 557-7994. Awesome state park.
