There are not enough words to capture the praise and respect we have for Ryan Patrick and the American Remodeling Corp Team! The ONLY positive thing about the very challenging and tedious process of getting our roof repaired we were caught in with our insurance company was Ryan, who remained professional, personable and informative while serving as our advocate and working through all the red tape and countless issues. Ryan was a continuous breath of fresh air and stuck with us through every twist and turn of the long and tedious process to get our roof replaced. The Roofing Team was prompt, professional and efficient and cleaned up very well leaving no debris. Additionally, we can not say enough wonderful things about the arm of the American Remodeling Team that fixed the inside of our house repairing the leak damage. They were AWESOME, prompt, professional and thorough. They respected and cared for our possessions and cleaned up way beyond anything we expected even staging the furniture beautifully! Ryan Patrick was most helpful to us through our roof replacement. Ours involved a lengthy insurance claim with adjustments and Ryan guided us through the whole process. American Remodeling replaced my gable roof lickity split. They were very responsive and solicitous of my concerns that it be replaced (part of it flew off in a wind storm) asap, before a leak developed. Jake, the owner, always answered my questions immediately, and made every effort to get my job scheduled quickly. The work crew arrived right on time, and was very efficient. Great experience! Ryan Patrick led us through the process of a complete facelift for our house: roof, doors, windows, siding, gutters and paint. He was patient when we were nervous, very responsive and generally a really nice guy. He went the extra mile every time he got the chance. I recommend this company and Ryan without reservation.
