Come for the car, stay for the service 😃

We were new to the country and came to Audi as it's a trusted brand back home. The team members at Audi were great. We had already seen the car we wanted online, and saw other reviews that said the dealership was good service with second hand cars.

3 days later we had the car, but the next day noticed a vibration, so called and booked the car in.
During the service I was able to work upstairs, with a lounge and coffee /snacks, and when it was seen the car needed a day to get it sorted, I was given a loan car.
The whole service was covered in the 30day warranty, and the loan car was included. I don't think I've heard of service like this with a used car before.
All team members were great, friendly and welcoming, the technician knew exactly how to sort the car and provided a detailed video description for me.

For our experience with this one dealership, I don't know if this level of service is usual, but it's top notch !!

I have now services my Q5 at this location 3 times and each time it’s a pleasure. I’m always greeted quickly offered the most relevant promotion if applicable for my service. Most recently I came in for oil change and before performing the oil change they advised I would be soon approaching a maintenance. Assisted with making a cost effective purchase and provided a loaner along with additional recommendations for safe performance of my vehicle. My advisor Dimitra is a joy to work with along with her peers. I have actually recommended other Audi friends to this location and we all agree we love our service provided.

Everything about my recent service experience at Audi Silver Spring was positive including my interactions with Demetra, Brittany, and Lou, my newly assigned Service Technician. Lou is by far the best Service Technician I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was warm, friendly, listened to my concerns, and addressed each and every one of them competently and to my satisfaction. He also went above and beyond by taking me for a test drive and not only explaining but showing me any identified concerns so that I could be knowledgeable, informed, and confident in what was needed and recommended. What a coup for Audi Silver Spring to have recruited and hired Lou!

This is the place! It’s hard to find a dealership that really puts the customer first especially with European cars. Audi Briggs Chaney took care of me as soon as I walked through the door. I came in for a passenger side airbag recall. Work was done fast and efficient with a free car wash can’t complain. I was also made aware of some small yearly maintenance(at no extra cost lol) I had to get on top of. Julie(my advisor) at the front desk of services made sure my experience was an unforgettable one. You stopping by? just ask for Julie. Thank me later. Great service , great pricing, and most important great people. If I need my Audi serviced this is my go to Audi dealership and I live an hour away.
