Laurel Manor House is the preferred B&B stay for my family and friends when they are visiting the area -- it's a gorgeous Victorian home from 1888 and Lisa and Dave are fantastic hosts. Looks as if they are starting to (very carefully) reopen in 2021, so I know some folks who will be looking to book soon! (Oh BTW I love vintage hardware if that wasn't obvious....)
You just don't find places like this anymore. The kindness of the owners and the attention to detail was absolutely incredible. They've done a wonderful job with the renovations and have managed to maintain much of the original structure/fixtures of the home. The breakfast they served my husband and I was easily one of the best meals I think I have ever had. It's hard to find places with this level of service and quality. We definitely plan on coming back in the future!
Wow! Loved our 2 night stay at the Laurel Manor Bed and Breakfast. Lisa and Dave are wonderful hosts.
The Manor is a 1881 house that was the mayor mansion. Inside it feels stately but still has the modern upgrades.
We had 2 wonderful breakfast’s that I will try and post pictures. We stayed in the sycamore room that had a queen bed, fireplace, ceiling fan, a big private bathroom with duel sinks and a big walk in shower.
I highly recommend the Laurel Manor Bed and Breakfast and I thought it was reasonably priced.
Amazing house, service, amenities, grounds, and most amazing inn-keepers. We felt so taken care of and comfortable. Look forward to returning when we can stay more than a day1
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Close access to Baltimore, Annapolis, DC, and lots of cute towns. The beds, sheets, and pillows were comfortable; the room was spacious and beautiful. The exquisitely cooked breakfasts were absolutely amazing, and the hosts were so gracious, helpful, and downright interesting to talk to!! From the china style selected as a compliment for the accompanying breakfast, to the grounds and provided snacks, thoughtful details were present in every facet and aspect of this delightful historic Laurel home. Probably the best B&B I've stayed at, I would definitely recommend staying here!
