    Lovely place, but incredibly busy... be prepared to stand in lines and watch.out for pocket pickers, someone tried to take hubby wallet. A lot to do for families there.

    I was only here for a short time, but the Residence Inn seems like a pretty good option if the Gaylord is out of the budget. The rooms are basically small suites, and come with a small kitchen (the one I stayed at was a bit like a mini studio). Service at the desk was impeccable. No complaints here.

    Good customer services at check in. The lobby is plain but very nice. Rooms are cozy, great bed and pillows, very nice kitchen area. The TV rotates to the couch and bed side. Breakfast is very good and included in the price of stay. I’ll definitely recommend. Not 5* due to lack of parking.

    Amazing upgrades & decor - beautiful comfy rooms with a kitchen/apt sized refrigerator, shower/tub combo, cable ready flat screen tv and a nice business/sitting area with sofa sleeper. Hot and continental breakfast. Friendly, hospitable, hard working housekeeping & kitchen staff. Very nice workout area. One of the front desk staff was excellent - he was friendly, outgoing, hospitable, great customer service -- thanks! Customer service is Everything - A smile goes a long way! (Parking is a separate charge but close by and cheap as compared to others).
    Overall, I loved my stay & hope to stay here again!

    We love staying here and being close to the excitement of the National Harbor. It can be a little pricey and parking is not included in your rate. The staff each time we’ve stayed has been amazing and helpful. We always ask for suggestions on things to do in the area and they never disappoint. I recommend it often.
