Absolutely love the nurses and Dr.s...front desk woman is absolutely the worse. It’s true she ruins the experience everytime I call or go into the apt she is so rude. They really need to remove her and find someone who is happier in her workplace. My child is now 6 months old and I have never see the front desk woman happy. Older miserable woman I tell you!
I originally wrote this review regarding the whole hospital but felt compelled to add it here after seeing all of the negative reviews. Unlike others, I've always had nothing but positive interactions with the front desk staff, doctors and nurses.
Always had a great experience with the Pediatrics Department. The docs and nurses are always great to me and my daughter. They even called me the same day I sent them a message via Relay Messaging regarding some concerns I had about my infant. Answered all of my questions and helped ease my worried mind. I've had several in-person as well as tele-appts with the Pediatrics Department and they've always been prompt, professional, courteous and very patient with me. Highly recommend.
