(January 22, 2019, 12:17 am)I’m sitting here wondering weather to give 4 or 5 stars the reason being is we started out with a gentleman named Kyle and he kind of drop the ball. First he lost our pictures and contract and then he caused a cancellation in getting our inspection from the insurance company. Finally after 3 try’s we had our inspection. Then Jeremy Anderson called and said he was replacing Kyle and everything went smoothly. He followed through with setting up delivery of materials and when to get the work done. He kept us informed on the day and time for delivery. Verified with us on placement of materials and answered any questions we had along with returning calls the same day and emails when needed. This part was greatly appreciated.
We were very pleased to have the materials delivered and the work done the very next day.
Your workers came and did the job in a timely fashion and cleaned up as they were doing their work.
Really the only complaint we had wasn’t when they did our job but when they did the house behind us. It was a windy day and some of that trash blew into our yard and we had to clean it up before our dog Sebastian could get to it. He’s a very nosy dog and loves to eat everything he finds in the yard.
One last point about Jeremy Anderson we appreciated him letting us know our payment was received. He knew I was worrying about it because you didn’t receive it when the post office said you would but
I knew they didn’t promise it would be delivered by that date. But I still worried until I knew you received our payment. For that I say Thank You.

(December 6, 2018, 9:42 am)This company is a gem. Their rep, Jeremey Anderson, was able to work the approval with our insurer for a roof replacement after an initial denial. Two other contractors tried but were unsuccessful. Process was transparent and the cost reasonable. Very professional too. I highly recommend this company.

He kept me informed of the whole process, gave me an accurate estimate, and took care of all the paperwork with my insurance company. I am thankful to Jeremy for his help.
