Great guy kind compassionate on 11/19/2018 ,he will perform a total reverse shoulder replacement he explained everything all the things that could go wrong what i like is his level of confidence after surgery i will let all know how I'm doing... just wanna say thank you DR.PLETKA AHEAD OF TIME been 8 days now been home for 6 days now pain is bad at times but thats expected overall i am very pleased with his level of care he is very compassionate best bedside manner by a surgeon i have ever received honestly Thank you.

Amazing surgeon! His surgical skills are the best short of going to Boston. Dr. Pletka is kind, personable , and compassionate. If you are looking for a doctor like we had years ago , before money & insurance took over our healthcare then Dr. Pletka is who you what.
He clearly is one of the last remaining doctors that truely cares about how his patients feel. We highly recommend.....he deserves 10 stars for how much he has helped my husband recover after amputation.
Dr. Pletka used a procedure which provided a better outcome than my physical therapists have typically seen with my particular injury. He went out of his way on several occasions to move my case along very quickly. He gave me a great sense of confidence in his skills, which were justified by the results. I would recommend Dr. Pletka most highly for care within his area of specialty.
