As stated below, the customer service here is top notch and the main reason why I will be giving them a 2nd chance. I am Leaving my original review below until I have another experience with them. Definitely a shop worth giving a try if your in the area solely based on the customer service.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Was going back and forth between 3 and 4 stars. Ended up with 3 because of my biggest complaint. Price of parts. I highly recommend checking the price of parts with them before you have any work done and maybe even buying it yourself. They were charging $100 a piece +labor for a tpms sensor (same part can be had online for 20-30). Mechanics took the time to talk with me on the price as I was shocked, but it is what it is. Going to have to get my tires re mounted later with a new tpms once mine fully goes, but it will still save me over $200 doing that then paying their outrageous price
The staff was Friendly and they had quick turnaround on the mounting and balancing for 4 new tires. When you make an appointment be sure you say you will be waiting if you are (I booked online and that was not an option, they still were able to get me in and out on a busy day) -

(July 1, 2018, 4:03 pm)The day before heading home from vacation, we heard a loud grinding sound coming from the driver side front tire area. AAA referred us to this shop. They were great! Checked out the noise and fixed the problem without charging us even an hour of labor! Emaculate shop, and lobby. Friendly and helpful staff. Would refer everyone to them. Thanks for your help!
