Terrific high-end gym with semi-private training

Very grateful to Eric Cressey and his team for taking me in for the week in MA and giving me the confidence to use my body again after fearing all movement! All the trainers approached me over the week, shook my hand, introduced themselves and never hesitated to offer assistance. The programming is on point and it's a serious family effort. Nothing but good vibes, positive movement and forward progress out there!

Cressey Performance is first rate. Mr. Cressey himself takes an interest in the training and progress of his student-athletes. His team is super too. Student-athletes who take the program seriously see great results.

Amazing training facility and atmosphere. The staff are all extremely knowledgeable and understand the importance of individualized training. Definitely a place for athletes looking to improve their game or general population clients who want to move better!

Cressey performance is a truly unique experience where regular Joes like me can work out with the pros. Also, The trainers walk you through your program and keep a watchful eye over you at no extra charge. I guess I've been spoiled here.
