(October 7, 2019, 9:33 am)I can not say enough about how great my 2 experiences were at this hospital , no 16 hour wait times. I was admitted and had the greatest care and doctors and nurses both times !!

(August 31, 2019, 12:10 pm)Emergency room (ER) has a much shorter wait time than I’ve experienced in a Worcester ER, and this hospital’s only about a 15 to 20 minute drive from the Northborough Crossing shopping center!

(July 25, 2019, 7:53 am)There were a couple of times that I’ve been in the Marlborough Hospital when I felt like they could’ve done a lot better with handling a crowded ER Dept. I went there on a Tuesday night. Everything went perfect. The registration was quick & friendly, I was able to get a room immediately. I feel as if they did a great job that night. I didn’t feel ignored, or pushed aside because my issue wasn’t that severe. All of the staff were very professional and kind. That’s why they deserve a 5 star rating from moi. Thank you!
