  Great shop. I was introduced to many of the staff, also to the shop itself, through the the rides they do routinely twice a week. Week in and week out, these rides were/are always killer. Also important to note, the owners make no monetary gains by doing these rides, they strictly do these rides because they love the bike and want to contribute to the Boston biking community.
  
  When it came time to purchase a new carbon wheelset this was the first, and only, bike shop I contacted due to the good-will established from the group rides, the work they do on and off the bike, and the fact they're the friendliest bike shop around; being relatively competent in bike maintenance ordering online was going to be my other option. I worked with Mark, one of the owners, to narrow down which wheels would best fit my riding style, which Mark was already familiar with from the many group rides, and budget. The price offered was competitive with what you would find online, let alone another bike store, with the added benefit of maintenance aid if it is ever needed.
  
  One of the best shops in Boston, if you're ever curious simply join one of the shop rides they do weekly or just come talk anything/everything bikes with these guys.

  Mark and the guys at Apex velo were super helpful finding me a pair of shoes that actually fit my weird feet. First time I've been offered beer while trying on shoes. Would recommend.

  Outstanding shop. I needed help with my road bike fit, and Mike dialed it in with me over several sessions to ensure everything was perfect and I had no discomfort. I've since bought two bikes at Apex. Also, their staff have saved me from several self-imposed mechanical disasters. Can't say enough good things about this group

  Friendly, professional and service orientated. I've had a great experience ranging from changing tires to bike fittings, feeling confident in the service and quality I was getting. What an awesome team. Thank you Apex Velo!

  The staff at Apex is wonderful. I bought a bike from them about two years ago and they took the time to ensure a proper fit. Even after the purchase they helped refine the fit and select proper components as my needs, fitness, and flexibility changed.
  
  Apex knows bikes and their staff is very knowledgeable and personable. There are other shops I've been in countless times and it feels like their staff has never met me before. That's not the case with Apex!
  
  They've built something great for the Newton cycling community and surrounding areas!
