Despite a very difficult year for pool installation (due to bad weather), Matley's was professional, accommodating, and great to work with. Matley's owner (Gary) is involved in installing the pools and was absolutely wonderful to work with, super knowledgeable, and available, directly interfacing with us at times. Susan, head of sales, was professional, super knowledgeable, always accessible, and super responsive to our number of questions. Its is the family owned business, and certainly has the feel when working with them. Good people...Great experience, thank you! Rob C.

While our swimming hole is an older gunite pool (with its own set of quirks) the staff at this family run business has always been super enthusiastic and helpful in resolving any matter that has come up . Jon and Rachel are amazing and super knowledgeable. Ed is also a work horse. We are so happy to have a local business that we can truly depend on for maintenance issues, parts and addition of new equipment (e.g. amazing pool heater). Additionally, visiting a business where they know you by name is a huge added bonus! A+++ all around!
